Laurence Batlle, Chairwoman of the RATP Dev Executive Board, is a highly committed corporate leader with
extensive international experience, and proven abilities in general and financial management, business development, M&A and strategy execution. She joined the RATP Dev Executive Board in 2011 and has overseen a number of ground-breaking changes in its organization, including the creation of the Sightseeing business and the launch of an innovation program based on big data. In 2014 she took charge of the Americas-Africa and Sightseeing Business Units, developing and implementing a new strategic plan for their wide and varied portfolio of businesses and countries. Under her leadership, RATP Dev became one of
the world’s top three players in Sightseeing: RATP Dev Sightseeing activities grew by 22% between 2014 and 2015.

Laurence began her career in 1993 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she spent 12 years auditing major international groups and driving business development in the consumer goods sector. She left PwC as a partner and then worked for two years as VP Global Finance Support at Atos Origin, where her financial expertise helped to support the Group’s external growth operations.

Laurence has sat on the RATP Group Executive Board since 1st January 2017. From 2014 to 2017, she has also been an independent Board member of Elior Group, a global leader in the food service industry, chairing the Group’s Audit Committee and Appointments and Compensation Committee. Laurence is a graduate of Institut Commercial de Nancy and Harvard Business School, and she qualified as a chartered accountant in 2005. She is actively involved in the promotion of gender diversity on corporate boards of directors through the BoardWomen Partners program. Laurence became a Knight of the French National Order of Merit in 2013.
