Mario Trentim is a Senior trainer and consultant with International Institute for Learning (IIL). He has +15 years of international experience as a project, portfolio, and risk management expert, professor and author. He worked as a PMO Manager, Program and Project Manager in large engineering projects within Aerospace, Defense, Infrastructure, IT, Military, R&D, and Telecom. Mario is a PMI Harold Kerzner Awardee and is a passionate volunteer at various organizations, including being a member at PMIEF Board of Directors. Mario is an electronics engineer and has a master degree in project management from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica – ITA, São Paulo, Brazil.
